Description
The "forest after rain" smell given by the ghebe and the soft, not oily texture, thanks to the finely chopped and not chopped vegetables, make the ghebe zacusca a foray into the countryside. We only make this recipe when we find fresh and healthy ghebe. Vegetables grown in the countryside are ripe immediately after picking. We choose only whole, unaltered, unfermented, simply natural vegetables.

Contains ghebe, eggplant, capsicum, onion, tomato, sunflower oil, salt, pepper and bay leaves. Naturally preserved, without additives, we don't even know how else.
