Produced according to an authentic Romanian recipe, by pressing the meat cut on the barda, this pork salami is slightly smoked and very aromatic. It is a salami whose taste cannot be easily forgotten.

Ingredients : pork leg, pork breast, pork neck, pork bacon, salt, lactose, spices (cumin, pepper, garlic, sugar, allspice, coriander, cloves, tarragon, mustard). Preservative - sodium nitrite, acidity regulator - diphosphate, natural emulsifier - carrageenan, antioxidant - ascorbic acid, natural coloring - carmine. Boiled and smoked product.
