Description
A traditional but very rare jam, green walnut jam excels in many respects. The nuts, picked early, were bathed in a home-made syrup of water, sugar and lemon. Their pleasant and crunchy texture was preserved, mixing perfectly with the aromatic syrup, leaving a sweet, unctuous, slightly tangy taste.
