Description
Onions are one of the few vegetables that can be eaten in almost any form: raw, roasted, pickled, boiled, even in jam. Considered a delicacy due to its sweet, complex, slightly pungent taste, onion jam has become famous paired with foie gras, but you don't have to stop there. Its complexity enhances any dish, especially in the recipe we prepared in which we added spices, precisely to bring out the sweet flavor of the cooked onion.
Contains red onion, sugar, red wine, vinegar, oil, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, lemon. Naturally preserved, without additives, we don't even know how else.
