Description:

Fine, balanced, developed by aging in the bottle. Aromas of drupes and citrus in the first moments of aeration.

Taste: Rich in various notes of yellow-fleshed orchard fruit, live, bergamot, generally green-skinned citrus. Ripening remains present through the crust of soaked bread, walnut and honeycomb. The finish brings a bit of salt, quickly covered by a citrus freshness.

Food pairing: We recommend this cold wine, with chicken, turkey, salmon, seafood, pasta with white sauce and soft cheeses such as brie or camembert.
